Shipping & Returns:
If the earphones you purchased are damaged or defective, please email [email protected] You may be required to return your defective earphones before an exchange or refund is issued; we will send you a prepaid return label to mail the defective earphones back. In the event the earphones being returned are NOT found to be damaged or defective, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible on our end and can take up to 7 days upon receipt to process through our system and back into your account.
We currently only ship to the U.S., the U.S. Outlying Islands, and Canada at this time.
