Bluetooth Pairing Guide

(If this is your first time using your Aunu M50 earphones, please remove the sticker on the back of the earbuds first, then put them back in the case.)

Aunu M50 earphones can be used as a single earphone, using the left or right earbud for phone calls, or used together as a pair for stereo music playback. Pairing is a 2-step process to ensure the best experience.

Step 1: Remove Left earphone from charging case first, wait for 2-3 seconds then remove the Right earphone from the case. It is very important to remove the earphones in this order (Left first, then Right). Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on in the device you are connecting to and select AUNU-50 under available devices. Once connected, put both earphones back into the case, and continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Remove the RIGHT earphone and keep the LEFT earphone in the charging case. Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on in the device you are connecting to and select AUNU-M50R under available devices. Once connected, put the Right earphone back into the case, and you’re ready to use your Aunu M50.
Aunu wireless earphones have the latest Bluetooth 5 technology for the best range and sound quality.

Follow these pairing instructions if you have already paired your Aunu M50 earphones with a device and would like to pair them to another device. If you need help on how to pair your earphones for the first time, click here.

Step 1: Disable the Bluetooth on the first paired device (or do this when out of range of the paired device). Start with both earphones turned off. To turn off earphones, press and hold the Touch Panel Area of the Left earphone for 5 seconds or more until both earphones turn off (indicator lights on both earbuds will blink red).

Step 2: Press and hold the Touch Panel Area of the Left earphone for 5 seconds until you enter Pairing Mode and see the LED indicator on the earbud flash red and blue. Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and select AUNU-50 from the list of available Bluetooth devices. When your device says AUNU-50 is connected, put the Left earbud in the case.

Step 3: Press and hold the Touch Panel Area of the Right earphone for 5 seconds until you enter Pairing Mode and see the LED indicator on the earbud flash red and blue. Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and select AUNU-50R from the list of available Bluetooth devices. When your device says AUNU-50R is connected, put the Right earbud in the case.

Your Aunu earphones are now paired to second device, simply take them out of the case to use.

Repeat these steps to pair to more devices–up to 10 devices.

When in Bluetooth range of all paired devices, Aunu will always connect to the last device it was used with. For example, if you have paired your Aunu earphones to your cellphone, your laptop, and your tablet, and you most recently used your earphones with your laptop, the earphones will automatically connect to your laptop. To switch to another device, disconnect from the current device, then select AUNU-50 in the Bluetooth settings of the device you wish to connect with.

Apple does not support multiple simultaneous Bluetooth connections (such as when your iPhone is connected to both the Aunu earphones and your Apple Watch). Thus, your earphones will randomly connect and disconnect.

Aunu can pair with up to 10 devices at a time. However, only one device can be in use at one time.
